This exclusive program is designed to immerse children aged from kindergarten to middle school in the glamorous world of Takarazuka Revue, one of Japan's most prestigious theatrical arts. The day will be led by the talented and acclaimed Maiyo Hatsune, a former star of Takarazuka's Soragumi troupe.

Learn Directly from a Takarazuka Star!

This is a rare opportunity for young aspiring performers to learn directly from Ms. Hatsune, a prominent figure in the Takarazuka Revue. With her extensive background as a male role star in various productions, she will impart her knowledge and skills in singing, dancing, and stage performance, making it an unforgettable experience for participants. This lesson could be a pivotal moment, transforming dreams and aspirations into exciting possibilities for children inspired by Takarazuka stars.

Safe for Beginners: A Joyful Stage Experience!

The program carefully considers the needs of beginners, ensuring that every child feels comfortable participating. Participants will explore choreography and stage expressions based on selected songs from Ms. Hatsune's past performances. The dance routines have been specially adapted to accommodate those who have never danced before, allowing everyone to enjoy and learn in a supportive environment. Details about the lesson songs will be sent out about two weeks before the event.

Parents will be able to witness their children's journey during the final presentation of the lesson, showcasing the skills they have learned. The program has expanded its age range, now including participants from kindergarten up through middle school, allowing even more children to take their first steps toward realizing their dreams.

Maiyo Hatsune’s Profile

Maiyo Hatsune enjoyed a stellar career from 1994 to 2007 as a star performer in the Snow and Soragumi troupes of the Takarazuka Revue. She portrayed major roles in renowned productions such as "Elisabeth" and "The Rose of Versailles", captivating audiences with her versatile performances that included male and female characters. Her unique charm and talent garnered her a significant following. Since her retirement from Takarazuka, Ms. Hatsune has been active as an actress and entrepreneur, founding the "Dance & Fitness Studio HatsuNe" in 2014 to support women's health and beauty. In recent years, her studio has seen numerous students successfully gain admission to the prestigious Takarazuka Music School.

STS focuses on experiential education programs to foster children's character and emotional development. The goal is to help children discover their passions, whether in music, sports, or play, developing their ability to 'become engrossed' in what they love. Enrollments for the winter tour program are currently open, with some tours already on a waiting list, so early application is advised!
