Carrillo’s experience in PV and BESS services at EVS also contributed substantially to the firm’s output. He elevated the engineering team from just 20 to 60 employees, which allowed them to increase their utility-scale project capacity from 3-5 projects per year to an impressive 20-30 projects. He attributes this success to the creation of standardized processes and quality systems that can adapt to increasing project complexities and team sizes. "I’ve spent my career scaling engineering teams by developing systems that enable growth while maintaining quality," Carrillo stated.

In collaboration with Carrillo, Devin Radovich assumes the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Bringing with him 30 years of extensive experience in construction and energy, including nearly 15 years dedicated to renewables, Radovich is set to enhance the firm’s connections with key stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors. He possesses a robust understanding of the utility-scale project lifecycle, having been integral in developing and delivering nearly 3 gigawatts (GW) worth of solar, wind, battery storage, and transmission projects.

Their prior collaboration at Renewable Energy Systems Americas (RES) is a testament to their synergy. Notably, on one project, their strategic decision to use black steel piles instead of galvanized steel resulted in a savings of over $7 million, cutting lead times by 50%.
