Originating from the highly regarded ‘Tsukishima Monja Moheji,’ which operates in the heart of Tokyo’s monja district, Moheji aims to create a remarkable dining experience that combines the beloved flavors of traditional monja-yaki with distinctive elements from global cuisines. Each dish served is crafted with fresh seafood sourced from the esteemed Toyosu Market, established in 1871, showcasing a commitment to quality and authenticity.
