The company operates an expansive production facility spanning approximately 500,000 square meters, equipped with an impressive 800-meter waterfront on the Yangtze River. This integrated manufacturing site facilitates efficient production, assembly, inspection, coating, and logistics services for heavy cargo transport relevant to the offshore wind industry.

ROC specializes in producing high-end engineering equipment tailored for offshore applications, focusing primarily on wind energy. Its product lineup includes offshore vessels, monopile foundations, jacket foundations, and associated secondary structures, catering to both shallow and deep-water wind projects.

To date, ROC has successfully delivered around 800 offshore wind monopiles and comprehensive steel secondary structures, not only for domestic projects within China but also internationally. The company has played a pivotal role in the construction of several landmark offshore engineering installations, such as the Huadian 1001, China's first offshore wind installation vessel; a 4,000-ton heavy lift transport vessel from IHC; the 600-ton Huadian Wenqiang offshore wind installation platform; and the Dolphin 01 offshore wind operation and maintenance vessel. These projects underscore ROC's extensive expertise in high-volume offshore engineering equipment manufacturing.

With a robust global manufacturing and service network under RHI, ROC boasts five production sites and nearly 30 local service centers across six continents.
