Takano has developed an industry-leading Roll to Roll appearance inspection machine for pattern printing processes. utilizing a custom high-speed camera and a newly developed image processing system, the machine achieves an inspection speed of 100 kLPS, catering to the growing demands in the printing processes for ceramic capacitors and electronic components due to the rise of 5G and generative AI. This machine significantly contributes to high-level trend management by enabling high-speed, high-precision inspection of printed films with repetitive patterns. 2. Ultra-High-Speed Plain Film Appearance Inspection Machine - HAWKEYES ONE
With the incorporation of Takano's high-performance cameras and image processing units, HAWKEYES ONE achieves one of the fastest inspection speeds in the industry. This system is capable of detecting fine defects even on high-speed production lines by offering high-resolution settings that can handle multiple processing tasks concurrently, enhancing its defect detection capabilities.
