Autozi Forms Strategic Partnership to Transform Suizhou's Vehicle Manufacturing Industry

In a groundbreaking move for the automotive industry, Autozi (stock ticker AZI), a prominent operator of supply chain cloud platforms in China, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Hubei Suizhou Special Purpose Vehicle Chamber of Commerce, often hailed as the 'Capital of China's SPV Manufacturing.' This collaboration is set to focus on capital restructuring, digital upgrades, and international expansion, with a bold target of achieving an overall scale exceeding $2 billion within five years for selected special purpose vehicle (SPV) manufacturers in the region, which currently generate about $500 million in annual sales.

This partnership marks a significant milestone as Autozi dives deeper into its overseas strategy while simultaneously laying the groundwork for Suizhou's SPV industry to achieve high-end, green, and intelligent growth. The essence of this collaboration will revolve around integrating industrial resources and platform capabilities, promising a brighter future for China's SPV manufacturing clusters.

To ensure the strategic goals are met effectively, the agreement entails a two-phase implementation plan. The first phase prioritizes vertical integration and capital operations. Here, the partners will identify 10 competitive vehicle models from the Suizhou region, targeting capital mergers and acquisitions (M&A) of high-quality companies by vehicle type. By concentrating resources on leading enterprises, there will be a significant push to expand the scale of operations, enhance R&D investments, and streamline management practices utilizing the success frameworks from international commercial vehicle capital integrations.

The ultimate aim is to create 10 specialized groups within the SPV sector, where key players may even pursue independent listings to further fortify their growth trajectory with robust capital support. Such a strategy aims to address the current challenges of disjointed operations and frail competitiveness facing many traditional small to medium enterprises in the industry.

The second phase will drive horizontal collaboration and full-chain empowerment. Building upon the structural foundation set by the first phase, Autozi will leverage its established strengths in platform development, data analytics, and financial services to deliver comprehensive support to the identified groups. This includes integrating upstream supplier connections, collaborative procurement initiatives to cut costs, global marketing strategies, the establishment of standardized after-sales services, and the development of a digital supply chain cloud platform. These efforts will harmonize the flow of orders, capital, and logistics, forging a collaborative and efficient industrial ecosystem.

Suizhou’s solid industrial heritage fits distinctly into this initiative. As a leading hub in China's SPV landscape, the local industry boasts an annual output surpassing $9.6 billion, producing vehicles for diverse applications, including environmental sanitation, logistics, and emergency response. It is noted that approximately 1 in every 10 SPVs on the road hails from Suizhou, signifying its essential role in the market.

The synergy arising from Suizhou’s dense industrial structure—accentuated by the 30-kilometer 'Special Automobile Corridor'—allows this goal to gain tangible momentum, with the region’s industrial chain support rate exceeding 90%. Recent years have seen a transformative shift towards new energy vehicles, with production of such vehicles skyrocketing by 60.6% year-on-year from January to July 2025, highlighting Suizhou’s evolution in response to industry trends.

As Autozi continues to carve its niche in the cloud platform realm since its inception in 2010, this latest partnership embodies the practical realization of its international strategy. Through exporting its core competencies in supply chain digitalization, cross-border platform establishment, and online financial services, Autozi aims to assist Suizhou’s SPV companies in overcoming geographic and developmental limitations while simultaneously enhancing its presence within the global supply chain for SPVs.

The upcoming five years stand pivotal, with both entities set to integrate their resources and advantages aggressively. By spearheading the transition of Suizhou's SPV industry towards a more sophisticated, intelligent, and global approach, this collaboration aspires to position China's special purpose vehicle manufacturers advantageously within the expanding arena of green energy innovations.

What lies ahead is a transformative journey that seeks to uplift industry standards, push forward sustainable practices, and ultimately achieve a win-win scenario for both platforms and the industries they empower.
