The company has been under the guidance of CEO Misty Taylor, who has played a pivotal role in expanding NorthCoast's influence and service offerings. With her extensive background as a nurse and leader in home health, hospice, and health plan operations, Taylor brings a unique understanding of the complexities faced by providers and payers alike. Merle and Grant Passell, family members of Lee Passell, expressed their admiration for the direction of the company.
