From September 3, 2026, a special 'Autumn Premium Course' will be available at all 250 locations of Chimney Group, known for its seafood izakayas such as Hana no Mai and Sakana Dojo. This seasonal offering promises a gourmet experience filled with flavors that celebrate the harvest season.

Course Details

The Autumn Premium Course cater to various tastes with three price options:

1. 6,500 Yen Course (Tax Included) - Total of 8 dishes
- Appetizer: Mushroom stew with roasted eggplant, crab meat
- Cold Dish: Roasted pork and autumn vegetable salad
- Sashimi: Assorted sashimi with five varieties
- Choice of Main: Choose between steamed Snow Crab or whole Red Sea Bream (available for 3 or more guests)
- Fried Dishes: Mixed tempura featuring shrimp, lotus root, eggplant, and pumpkin
- Main Entrée: Bite-sized steak of tenderloin beef with truffle sauce
- Rice Dish: Grilled Sanma on sushi rice garnished with salmon roe
- Dessert: Jiggly Nagano Purple grapes
- Beverages: Includes a 2-hour all-you-can-drink plan.

2. 5,500 Yen Course (Tax Included) - Total of 8 dishes
- Appetizer: Shrimp and mushroom tofu
- Cold Dish: Caesar salad with autumn vegetables
- Sashimi: Assorted four types of sashimi
- Choice of Main: Same as the premium course
- Fried Dishes: Fried horse mackerel with tartar, deep-fried mehikari, and seasoned gobo
- Main Entrée: Roasted tenderloin beef with truffle sauce
- Rice Dish: Grilled Sanma on sushi rice garnished with salmon roe
- Dessert: Similar delectable Nagano Purple grapes
- Same drinks policy applies.

3. 4,500 Yen Course (Tax Included) - Total of 8 dishes
- Appetizer: Yuzu mushroom tofu
- Cold Dish: Crispy sweet potato and bacon sesame salad
- Sashimi: Assorted three types of sashimi
- Main Entrée: Bite-sized steak with truffle sauce
- Fried Dishes: Fried horse mackerel served with colorful tartar sauce and deep-fried mehikari
- Strong Dish: Gyoza cooked in prawn dashi
- Rice Dish: Grilled Sanma sushi
- Dessert: Nagano Purple grapes, as always!
