Shell Recharge and SINEXCEL Launch Joint Innovation Lab

This development comes on the heels of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by Evan Li, Chief Engineer at Shell E-Mobility China, and Kecheng Guo, Head of EV Charging Solutions at SINEXCEL.
