Vector Solutions Honors 2025 Safety Pioneers with Workforce Safety Seal Awards

Celebrating Excellence in Workplace Safety

On May 14, 2026, Vector Solutions unveiled its annual Workforce Safety Seal of Recognition, honoring 154 organizations for their exemplary commitment to safety in various sectors such as manufacturing, construction, and utilities. This year’s recipients showcase an impressive range of safety practices and a robust dedication to fostering a secure working environment.

Among the awarded organizations, 81 were recognized for the first time, while 73 others proudly returned to collect the accolade again. This marks a significant trend, as nearly half of the recipients are repeat honorees, indicating a growing recognition of the Seal as a benchmark for safety culture maturity within the industry.

The Workforce Safety Seal of Recognition program was launched to fill a critical gap in the safety sector: the need for a standardized framework to objectively evaluate and celebrate organizations that go above and beyond in their safety efforts. Unlike conventional accolades, the Seal is designed to acknowledge those investing proactively in safety rather than merely meeting compliance requirements. Established as a first-of-its-kind initiative, the Seal provides measurable criteria for safety performance, enabling organizations to track progress, validate their investments, and demonstrate continuous improvement.

The Seal is awarded in two categories: Platinum, for excellence in both safety training engagement and EHS technology adoption, and Gold, for outstanding performance in either of these areas. Recipients have reported high completion rates on essential training courses like Bloodborne Pathogens, Lockout/Tagout, and Hazard Communication GHS. Additionally, significant usage of Vector EHS tools, including incident investigations and hazard reporting, has been noted among the honorees.

Data from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) evidences that organizations utilizing Vector Solutions’ services are 30% safer than their non-client counterparts. For safety leaders grappling with workforce shortages and increased regulatory scrutiny, the Workforce Safety Seal provides verified recognition of safety achievements and a compelling way to articulate the return on investment in safety practices to key stakeholders.

Clare Epstein, General Manager of Commercial at Vector Solutions, emphasized the importance of external recognition in fostering organizational accountability. “Many organizations invest heavily in safety and training but lack formal acknowledgment of their efforts. The strong return rate of past recipients illustrates that these businesses are not just seeking recognition; they use it to solidify their safety practices and advance towards a more resilient safety culture,” she remarked.

Besides receiving the Seal, awarded organizations benefit from a suite of resources that enhance their recognition, including industry benchmarking and marketing support. These tools empower recipients to compare their safety initiatives against industry peers, facilitating ongoing improvement and cultural transformation within the organization.

Nabeel Ahmed, Chief Human Resource Officer at Wellbore Integrity Solutions (WIS), encapsulated the culture of safety at his organization: “Safety isn’t merely a phrase for us; it’s embedded in our values and directives. Our employees take pride in fostering a safety-driven culture, and Vector Solutions has played a pivotal role in enhancing that commitment.”

In the coming years, Vector Solutions expects the Workforce Safety Seal to continue evolving, further addressing safety needs and expanding its impact across various industries. The commitment to safer workplaces is paramount as organizations strive to protect their most valuable assets—their employees.
