They recognize the importance of dialogue and reflection, evolving their approach as mentors and supporters.

YeLL Career Talk for Members



On the other hand, "YeLL Career Talk" empowers team members to select four questions relating to their careers, guiding them to articulate their thoughts and enhance their self-understanding. The program culminates in a final session where participants clarify the significance of their current work and its alignment with the organization's vision. This process cultivates their capacity to think in terms of career impact and allows them to design their professional pathways proactively.
