Shibu Nan Festival: An Event to Upcycle and Celebrate
On September 20, 2025, the vibrant area of Shibu South in Shibuya will host its inaugural event, the
Shibu Nan Festival, orchestrated by Global Agents Co., Ltd. in collaboration with Tokyu Corporation. This festival invites participants to engage in upcycling, allowing them to transform seemingly useless items into valuable creations.
