Women in HVACR Elects New Board for 2025
Women in HVACR (WHVACR) is proud to announce the election of its new board of directors for 2025, marking an important step forward in their mission to empower women in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) sectors. This pivotal organization has been a driving force in creating opportunities for women in a traditionally male-dominated field since its inception.
Key Executive Appointments
The newly-formed executive board features accomplished individuals who bring extensive expertise and a wealth of experience from the HVAC industry. Kristin Gallup has been appointed as the new president, succeeding her role as vice president in 2024. Gallup is noted for her impressive 17 years in various capacities such as sales, marketing, and product management at Carrier Enterprise, which is a collaboration between Watsco, Inc. and Carrier Corporation.
Joining her is Jane Sidebottom as vice president, who brings strong leadership from her experience as the founder of AMK, LLC, a management consulting company that focuses on strategic growth for manufacturers and service companies. Both women have expressed excitement and commitment to driving WHVACR’s mission forward in their new roles.
A Host of Experienced Women on the Board
The executive board is completed by:
- - Lori Tshohl, immediate past president and current head of Eagle Pipe Mechanical in Washington.
- - Crystal Williams, serving as secretary and also recognized for her work as the founder of Lemon Seed Marketing in Texas.
- - Angela Miller, taking up the role of treasurer while being the brand ambassador for Goettl Air Conditioning Plumbing in Las Vegas.
These experienced individuals will lead an expansive board of directors that includes representatives from diverse regions and sectors within the HVACR industry. Notable members include Laurelyn Arriaga of McDaniel Metals, Kelcey Brueggeman from Service Business Evolution, and Sarah Hammond of Atlas Services, all bringing their unique insights and leadership to the table.
