For the fourth consecutive year, Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance secured the top spot, excelling in categories such as Brochures and Company Guides, Email and Social Media, and Selection and Interviews. It ranked second in Website, Internship Programs, and Seminars and Information Sessions, showcasing a balanced approach to capturing student interest. Coming in second was Nippon Life Insurance, also placing first in Internship Programs, Seminars and Information Sessions, and ranking second in Selection and Interviews. Daiichi Life Group followed in third place, with notably high scores in Conversations with Senior Employees and Selection and Interviews.

Many students pointed out that well-designed websites and informative brochures contributed to a positive impression of companies. Internships were praised for providing valuable insights into the industry and the specifics of the role, while interactions during seminars and interviews continued to highlight the importance of a supportive and personable approach from employers.

The overall ranking revealed an impressive trend where life insurance companies dominated the top tier. Other notable institutions in the top ten included major banks, securities firms, and trading companies such as Sky.

1. Website Ranking

Daiwa Securities Group clinched first place with its sleek design and user-friendly interface, praised for providing clear business introductions and extensive employee profiles. Meiji Yasuda Life followed at a close second, recognized for its visually appealing layout and informative content.

2. Internship Programs Ranking

For the third consecutive year, Nippon Life Insurance topped the internship category, noted for its accessible timing and valuable experience. Meiji Yasuda Life again secured the second spot, appreciated for engaging and motivating activities that allowed students to speak directly with potential team members.

3. Brochures and Company Guides Ranking

Meiji Yasuda Life laid claim to the top position, with students appreciating the depth and clarity of information offered in their materials. Sumitomo Corporation followed in second, commended for its engaging content and exciting visuals.
