Brillia Tower Dojima Wins at the ART & BUSINESS AWARD 2025

Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. has made headlines as its residential property, the "Brillia Tower Dojima," has been awarded in the Art Market category at the inaugural "ART & BUSINESS AWARD 2025," organized jointly by the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry and Forbes Japan. This recognition emphasizes the importance of collaborative efforts between businesses and artists to forge new economic values through art.

The award ceremony showcased over 150 entries from various enterprises that aim to create fresh value through artistic engagement. Tokyo Tatemono stood out for its initiatives to expand Japan's art market by purchasing and promoting artwork as part of its corporate activities.

In collaboration with Wellwood, and under the supervision of Fumio Nanjo, director of the Mori Art Museum, over 50 diverse art pieces have been installed in the common areas of Brillia Tower Dojima, including works by internationally renowned sculptor Kohei Nawa. Located in Osaka's historic Dojima district, known for its rich artistic heritage, the property aims to create a sanctuary for travelers and residents alike, blending art and the experience of space to offer something uniquely enriching to visitors.

Art is perceived as evolving in value and allure over time. Therefore, the developers envisioned placing these artworks strategically in public spaces, enhancing the daily experiences of locals and contributing to the community's overall charm.

About Brillia Tower Dojima

The Brillia Tower Dojima project, completed in May 2024, integrates a luxury hotel from the world-renowned Four Seasons brand alongside residential offerings. This development, dubbed the "ONE DOJIMA PROJECT," marks Japan's first high-rise tower combining both a luxury hotel and condominiums.

Standing at approximately 195 meters with 49 floors above ground, the building itself is viewed as an embodiment of art, featuring a design reminiscent of yacht sails, which is fitting for Osaka, known historically as the "Water City." The structure’s upper floors gradually recede, lending it a unique silhouette that attracts attention.

With a total area of 4,828.17 square meters and a floor space of 82,507.19 square meters, the property houses 457 residential units and 175 guest rooms within the hotel. The design has been skillfully constructed by Takenaka Corporation and includes design consultation by Studio Piet Boon.
