Luzum is known for his extensive experience in litigation, particularly in high-stakes disputes. He brings 16 years of expertise in handling cases that involve contracts, real estate, fraud, and professional liability. His background includes representations in various courts and arenas, including arbitrations, jury trials, and appeals, as well as complex bankruptcy proceedings. Additionally, he provides legal counsel to banks, credit unions, and other lenders in sophisticated litigation matters.
David's qualifications are impressive; he is licensed to practice in both North Carolina and Georgia and has admission to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth and Eleventh Circuits. Luzum completed his undergraduate studies at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, followed by obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
