The most commonly reported hair issues include grey hair (52%) and frizz (41%). Additionally, concerns over hair damage and loss were prevalent among various age groups, suggesting a widespread sensitivity towards appearing aged or less attractive due to hair imperfections.

The survey results demonstrated that the impact of technology use on our eyesight is significant. Around 80% of women noted various issues influenced by screen use, with eye fatigue being the most prominent complaint. Particularly among women in their 60s, about 70% reported noticing eye-related problems, including dryness and sagging. Younger women in their 20s and 30s often complained about dark circles, likely influenced by insufficient sleep or makeup challenges.
Furthermore, nearly 60% of respondents indicated worries about their eyes aging, raising interest in products designed to address both immediate and long-term concerns around eye health and aesthetics.
The Knowledge Gap in Care Practices
Despite this heightened awareness about the importance of hair and eye care, a significant portion of women find themselves at a disadvantage with regards to knowledge about proper care techniques. The survey indicated that 51.7% admitted a lack of understanding about effective hair care, while 52% felt unsure about how to properly care for their eyes.
This knowledge gap may hinder women from taking proactive actions toward enhancing their appearance. Many expressed uncertainty, citing concerns such as, "I don’t know where to start," or "There’s too much conflicting information out there," which highlights a psychological barrier toward engaging with hair and eye care regimens.
