Molly R. Carson



Molly R. Carson boasts over 20 years of extensive experience in large-scale real estate development and strategic planning across various sectors, including office, industrial, and healthcare. Currently serving as Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Phoenix Children's Hospital, Carson is also a member of several boards, such as Ryan Companies US, Inc., NAIOP Research Foundation, and Brophy College Preparatory School. Her previous leadership roles include serving as Chairperson of NAIOP's Corporate Board and its Arizona Chapter.

Carson holds a B.A. in Psychology from St. Mary's College of Notre Dame and is recognized as a LEED Accredited Professional. Her vast experience brings a unique perspective to the Southwest Gas Board, enhancing its governance strategies and promoting sustainable business practices.

Leezie Kim



With three decades of varied leadership experience, Leezie Kim has made significant contributions across the legal, corporate finance, and government sectors. She is presently the Chief Legal Officer at Fox Restaurant Concepts LLC. Her previous roles include serving as the General Counsel to the Governor of Arizona and executive positions within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Kim's accolades include the Meritorious Public Service Award from the Commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard for her work during the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill.

Kim holds a B.A. in Economics from Rice University and a J.D. from the University of Virginia. Her legal expertise and public sector experience will be invaluable as Southwest Gas navigates its goals and challenges in the energy sector.
