His wealth of experience is further complemented by his role as an Adjunct Professor of Evidence at the Antonin Scalia Law School. His legal career also includes a year-long clerkship with Judge T. S. Ellis III in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, which provided him with deep insights into the judicial process. In addition to his legal accomplishments, McNichols has served as a non-commissioned officer in the U.S. Army Special Forces for eight years.
