Santander to Build Innovative New Corporate Campus in São Paulo by 2028

Santander Brasil has recently unveiled plans for a new corporate headquarters, set to open in the latter half of 2028 at Campus JK in São Paulo. This significant move will see the company transition from its current location, enhancing its long-term growth strategy while focusing on sustainability and workplace innovation.
A State-of-the-Art Development
The Campus JK project is being developed by GTIS Partners, a global real estate investment firm known for its substantial portfolio in Brazil and the United States. The corporate campus will cover over 101,000 square meters of gross built area on a site that spans an entire city block on Avenida Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek. This strategic location is just 1.5 kilometers away from Santander's existing headquarters, ensuring a smooth transition for the company and its employees.
Designed with an open urban campus concept, the new headquarters will feature three interconnected office towers that promote a collaborative work environment. The structure will integrate expansive open spaces and social areas geared towards fostering employee interaction and innovation. The project will comprise six office floors, four parking levels, and a rooftop area dedicated to outdoor working spaces, enhancing overall workplace well-being.
Strategic Alignment and Sustainability

Notably, the design of Campus JK is targeting LEED Platinum certification—one of the highest international sustainability designations. This will include features such as energy-efficient systems, responsible waste management practices, and optimized indoor air quality, thus minimizing the environmental footprint of its operations. The campus is equipped with smart resource consumption monitoring systems and carbon reduction strategies, demonstrating Santander's commitment to global sustainability standards.

The development prioritizes accessibility, incorporating facilities such as bicycle storage, electric vehicle charging stations, and parking options for both cars and motorcycles.
