Speaker Biography

Tetsu Yamaguchi began his career in web production in 2003 as an engineer. He joined Gaiax in 2005, where he served as a lead engineer and manager. In 2007, he engaged in R&D as an engineer at Cybozu Lab and later joined DeNA in 2009, where he pushed digital innovation through Mobage and smartphone app development. By 2016, he held the title of specialized officer. He transitioned to Belface in 2020, serving as both CTO and CPO, and became a Board Member in 2021. Tetsu also oversees several technical consultancies as the representative director of Magister. He joined Timee in 2023 as Executive Officer and CPO and will assume the role of CTO in 2024.

Target Audience

The seminar is reserved for nominees who applied for the Japan CxO Award through self-nomination or third-party nomination, provided they received five or more votes. Note that voters are not eligible to attend.

Application Procedure

1. Apply through the Japan CxO Award voting site.
2. Once your application is processed, your information will appear on the candidate list page. Gather five votes from both internal and external sources. (Voters may include friends, colleagues, or acquaintances.)
3. Upon receiving five or more votes and being named a nominee, you will later receive an application form for the special seminar from the Japan CxO Award Secretariat.

Please be aware that there is limited seating, so we may not accommodate your request.
