CardVault by Tom Brady Expands in Palo Alto

In an exciting development for sports memorabilia enthusiasts, CardVault by Tom Brady has announced the grand opening of its new store in Palo Alto, California. Set to officially open its doors on August 15, 2026, this will be the brand's 17th retail location, marking a significant milestone in its expansion strategy across the United States.

Located at 855 El Camino Real within the popular Town & Country Village shopping center, the new store aims to enhance CardVault's previous presence in Northern California. This location is in close proximity to CardVault's flagship store, which is situated across from Oracle Park in San Francisco and near Tom Brady's hometown of San Mateo. By establishing this new site, CardVault intends to make its premium sports collectibles more accessible to fans in the greater Bay Area.

The Palo Alto store promises to deliver an immersive shopping experience, featuring a carefully curated selection of trading cards, single-card sales, sealed boxes, and collectibles from leading brands such as Topps, Panini, Upper Deck, Pokémon, and Fanatics Authentic. Customers will have the opportunity to buy, sell, trade, and grade their cards, with the store serving as an authorized dealer for PSA, Beckett, and SGC, allowing for on-site grading submission services. This will provide collectors a streamlined way to authenticate and preserve their most valuable pieces.

At the heart of the new store's offerings will be CardVault's signature vault, which will showcase a variety of autographed and authenticated memorabilia, including helmets, jerseys, bats, and balls. This unique showcase will create a museum-quality display that will appeal to fans and collectors alike, merging the worlds of sports history and modern collecting.

Palo Alto is widely recognized as a hub of innovation, making it an ideal location for CardVault's experiential retail model. The newly opened store is designed not only as a shopping destination but also as a community hub for collectors of all ages and skill levels. The brand plans to host live events, exclusive product releases, trade nights, and various interactive experiences to engage the community.

Scott Heigelmann, Co-Founder of CardVault by Tom Brady, shared his enthusiasm regarding the new location, stating, "CardVault began with a simple idea—that the right space can transform a personal passion into a shared experience. Palo Alto is a place of creativity and imagination, where ideas flourish. We are thrilled to establish our presence in such an inspiring community."

The grand opening celebration on August 15 will include special promotions, such as gift giveaways for the first 25 customers, who will receive a limited-edition Palo Alto-themed CardVault cap. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to enter a raffle for a signed mini helmet of NFL star Christian McCaffrey. Full details and additional celebrations planned for the grand opening will be disclosed in the lead-up to the event.

The CardVault store will be open seven days a week from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with ongoing programs that include trade nights, special guest appearances, and product launches, ensuring that the community remains engaged long after the grand opening.

With its unique approach to sports collecting, CardVault by Tom Brady not only aims to meet the demand of passionate collectors but also enhances the cultural significance of sports memorabilia.
