Revolutionizing Energy Storage: CNTE Launches STAR H-PLUS at KEY ENERGY 2026

CNTE Showcases Groundbreaking STAR H-PLUS at KEY ENERGY 2026

During the recent KEY ENERGY 2026 event held in Rimini, Italy, Contemporary Nebula Technology Energy (CNTE) unveiled its latest and most advanced product, the STAR H-PLUS Outdoor Liquid-Cooled All-in-One Energy Storage System. This system represents a significant leap forward in energy storage technology, addressing the increasing global demand for reliable and efficient power solutions.

Innovative Features of STAR H-PLUS

The STAR H-PLUS system has a power rating of 125 kW with a capacity of 254 kWh. Its standout feature is the intelligent thermal control, which ensures optimal performance even under extreme conditions. With an energy density of 83.6 kWh/m³, the STAR H-PLUS is designed to fit up to 14 units inside a standard 40-foot container, leading to significant reductions in transport and storage costs.

Additionally, the unit's maintenance-friendly design simplifies services. With its one-button start/stop operation, commissioning is efficient and straightforward. A lightweight configuration tool has replaced traditional software systems, and the design allows for easy rear-access service, equipped with quick connectors that drastically reduce maintenance time. The built-in liquid cooling system is another innovation that carries automatic coolant replenishment, enhancing reliability and cutting down on labor for regular maintenance tasks.

A major highlight is the upgraded combustible gas detector, which is designed to operate maintenance-free for a decade, thus minimizing operational costs.

Operating Efficiency and Noise Management

The STAR H-PLUS operates at approximately 65 dB when fully loaded, rendering it suitable for installation in noise-sensitive areas. Its AI-driven adaptive temperature control system ensures that the temperature variance across the cells remains at or below 3°C, enhancing the longevity and stability of the unit even in extreme temperatures. This system's capacity for quick response times significantly improves its usability in varied applications.

High Performance and Versatility

Powering the STAR H-PLUS are CATL's LFP 306 Ah cells, boasting a cycle life of over 10,000 cycles. It offers a round-trip efficiency of more than 88%, which is essential for optimizing energy use in any setup. For projects requiring specific specifications, the optional 314 Ah cells are available. The system can also run in parallel with up to 10 units, delivering a maximum capacity of 2.54 MWh. Additionally, the system is designed for rapid frequency regulation, achieving responses in less than 200 ms, making it an excellent choice for fluctuating energy demands. When paired with an STS transfer cabinet, the STAR H-PLUS facilitates seamless transitions between grid-tied and off-grid operations, ensuring a continuous power supply.

Global Readiness and Certifications

The STAR H-PLUS meets grid standards in 45 countries globally and has received vital IEC and UN38.3 certifications, confirming its reliability for international deployment.
