4-0-3, on the 30th floor, where a temporary Don Pérignon room, inspired by the champagne's world, awaits. Here, attendees will celebrate with a glass of
Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 during a welcome reception before transitioning to a more immersive dining experience.
As the guests move to the restaurant
Sefino on the 29th floor, they will be treated to a carefully crafted seven-course dinner complemented by the finest vintages of Don Pérignon. Each dish not only reflects the Mediterranean culinary traditions of France, Spain, and Italy, but also incorporates seasonal Japanese ingredients, enhancing the unique flavors curated by Chef Barboza.
