Starting from May 31, 2025, Tanaka Soba Shop will be making its way to the ELM commercial facility located in Goshogawara City, Aomori Prefecture. This exciting pop-up store launched by GMS, a subsidiary of Oishes Co., Ltd., will be available for a limited time. Following its successful run last year, this marks the fifth pop-up store for Tanaka Soba, showcasing its commitment to serving delicious ramen to fans.

GMS is known for operating popular dining spots like Tsukemen Tsujita and Nihonbashi Tendon Kaneko Hannosuke, which have garnered immense popularity among ramen enthusiasts. With Tanaka Soba Shop boasting a legacy as a sister brand of the famous Hakata Nagahama Ramen Tanaka Shoten, located in Tokyo's Adachi Ward, there is a significant history behind this venture, deepening the connection to local culinary traditions.
