Day 2: Collaborative Business Idea Development

Unlike most internships, where companies dictate themes for new business proposals, 'BRIDGE' encourages participants to explore their own ideas alongside those provided by the Persol Career team. Dedicated staff will work hand in hand with participants, helping them refine their ideas into viable business concepts. This collaborative approach ensures that students gain skills relevant to their future careers as entrepreneurs rather than solely focusing on obtaining a job offer.

Continuous Support Beyond the Program

The goal of 'BRIDGE' is not merely to facilitate job placements; it aims to foster a supportive environment where budding entrepreneurs can grow long after the program ends.
