This event will feature seven original products made with premium ingredients sourced from Akita Prefecture. The aim is to not only introduce the authentic flavors of Akita to locals but also to invite visitors from outside the region to experience the culinary delights of this beautiful area.

Highlighting Akita's Rich Culinary Heritage

The fair is a celebration of Akita's rich agricultural produce, offering visitors a taste of original recipes that emphasize both quality and flavor. Notably, one of the goals of the event is to address the health concerns regarding salt intake that the region has faced. Consequently, select products will be developed with reduced salt content, ensuring that healthy eating remains accessible without sacrificing taste.

A portion of the sales generated during the fair will be donated to Akita Prefecture's health promotion projects, further supporting the community.
