TSACE Holds Its Second Company Sports Day
TSACE, a rapidly growing company since its inception in 2023, held its second company sports day at the Arena in Higashiosaka. Approximately 200 employees participated in this event aimed at fostering team spirit and collaboration amidst a backdrop of increasing digital communication and diverse working styles.
In recent years, opportunities for employees to meet face-to-face have dwindled, leading to a decrease in large-scale internal events. Recognizing this challenge, TSACE believes that interpersonal connections are the cornerstone of organizational growth. Thus, the sports day was organized not merely as a recreational event, but as a vital component of building a corporate culture that emphasizes trust and communication among employees across different departments.
The event featured various team-based competitions, allowing employees from different locations and departments to gather and compete passionately without regard to their rank or tenure. The atmosphere was vibrant, filled with smiles and enthusiasm, enabling participants to showcase sides of themselves that are often unseen in the workplace, fostering new interactions and camaraderie.
Since its establishment, TSACE has expanded rapidly and currently boasts a workforce of over 300. One of the challenges often faced by growing companies is maintaining a sense of unity and cultivating a coherent corporate culture. To address this, TSACE prioritizes genuine, face-to-face communication, actively facilitating initiatives that enhance organizational cohesion.
Yasuyuki Takenoshita, the CEO, remarked, "As we advance towards greater efficiency and digitization, I've noticed that the fundamental connections between people are diminishing. Our business centers around people. Therefore, I believe that experiencing joy and disappointment together in the same space strengthens our organization. Continuing such real-world initiatives in today's era holds significant meaning."
The philosophy of developing 'globally competent personnel within three years' extends beyond merely acquiring professional skills; it encompasses interpersonal relations and teamwork capabilities. This year's sports day exemplified TSACE's corporate culture by encouraging participants to collaborate, compete earnestly, and persevere until the end.
Looking forward, TSACE remains committed to initiatives that enhance both employee development and organizational effectiveness, ultimately contributing to the company's overall value. The sports day was not just an event but a manifestation of TSACE's dedication to nurturing a cohesive and motivated workforce that thrives in both individual and collective achievements.
