Exploring the Empowering Women's Lifestyle and Work Festival in Tokyo

Discovering Your Path at the Women’s Lifestyle and Work Festival 2026

On March 20, 2026, the Female Entrepreneur Association (FEA) will host the Women’s Lifestyle and Work Festival in Tokyo. This year's theme centers on money—encouraging women to take actionable steps towards transforming their aspirations into reality. The festival offers a hands-on experience designed to empower attendees by equipping them with practical knowledge and tools.

The venue will feature 22 booths, each representing a diverse range of services and knowledge areas. From investment and entrepreneurial support to home-based work opportunities, as well as wellness, cosmetics, and childcare services, attendees will have the chance to interact with experts and explore various ways to build their income. This year’s festival is anticipated to attract even more participants—building upon last year’s success, which saw over 120 attendees.

Highlights of the Festival

The festival aims to provide a platform for participants to discover new ways of working that align with their unique skills and experiences. Here are some noteworthy booths that participants can look forward to:

1. Naomi UK - Cash Point Discovery Assessment

Naomi UK offers a simple diagnostic tool that helps you identify “cash points” in your skills and experiences. By reflecting on your past experiences and interests, you can uncover valuable insights that lead to tailored income opportunities, making this booth ideal for those interested in side jobs and entrepreneurship.

2. Yoshida Publishing Techniques - Yoshida Yukihiro

With a track record of 21 published books and collaborations with seven different companies, Yoshida’s booth will serve those aspiring to publish their own works. Participants will receive guidance on discovering their strengths and generating suitable content. Additionally, the first 40 attendees will receive a free introductory course on crafting books and proposals!

3. Ikeda Roasting Studio

This coffee specialty shop will provide freshly roasted beans on-site, ensuring optimal flavor and aroma. They will also cater to those sensitive to caffeine by offering decaffeinated options. Attendees can enjoy free tastings directly from the roaster, alongside options for home delivery.

4. Play Specialist Noke - Light Play Area

Noke will introduce a childcare space known as the “Light Play Area,” enabling parents to enjoy the festival while their children engage in enriching play. This initiative encourages parents to seek support instead of feeling overwhelmed, and Noke will also showcase catalog gifts designed to give parents “time.”
