Autumn Menu Launch at Hakone Soba



As the leaves change and autumn settles in, Odakyu Restaurant System is pleased to announce the launch of its seasonal menu at Hakone Soba, starting on October 1, 2025. This year, the menu features three mouthwatering dishes that celebrate the rich flavors of fall, all made with the exceptional Maitake mushrooms from HOKUTO. This seasonal offering will be available until late November 2025.

The highlight of the autumn menu includes the popular Nodoguro Tempura and Maitake Tempura. For six consecutive years, this dish has captivated diners with its crispy and hearty tempura, complemented by the unique texture of HOKUTO's Maitake mushrooms. Priced at only 680 yen, customers can enjoy it with either soba or udon, served warm or cold—an ideal choice for any time of the day!

Next up is the Beef Maitake Soba with Kujo Green Onion. This delectable dish combines the savory beef and Maitake flavors, heightened by the fragrance of the esteemed Kujo green onions. Infused with the satisfying texture of HOKUTO's Maitake, diners can once again choose between warm or cold soba or udon for 680 yen. When served cold, it transforms into a refreshing dipping soba that’s perfect for autumn.

Finally, there's the Chicken Tempura with Egg Donburi Set. Perfect for those seeking a hearty meal, this filling dish combines a bowl of chicken tempura with egg and a side of soba. Priced at 800 yen, it’s the go-to option when you’re looking for a satisfying bite after a long day.

It's important to note that while the Nodoguro Tempura and Maitake Tempura will be offered at all Hakone Soba locations, the other two dishes may not be available at every outlet.
