Celebrate Family Moments with Exquisite Cakes
Intercontinental Tokyo Bay has just launched two limited-time cakes at The Shop N.Y. Lounge Boutique, perfect for celebrating family occasions! From children to adults, everyone will love the beautifully crafted Koinobori Cake and Mother's Day Cake, both highlighting a rich and delightful shortcake base.
Koinobori Cake: A Celebration of Growth
The Koinobori cake, designed in the shape of traditional carp streamers, is a tribute to children's healthy growth. This stunning cake is generously layered with strawberries, reminiscent of the French pastry Frasier, which emphasizes a visually appealing cross-section. Utilizing over a pack of strawberries, the Koinobori cake features a light and moist sponge cake, sandwiching rich cream and fresh strawberry flavors that make it suitable for any celebratory occasion.
Each slice not only looks vibrant and festive with strawberries arranged like scales but also offers a luxurious taste that embodies the spirit of celebration.
Mother's Day Cake: A Heartfelt Tribute
In contrast to the Koinobori cake, the Mother's Day cake captivates with its charming heart shape decorated in a delicate pink Rose Strawberry Chantilly, exuding the elegant fragrance of roses. Topping off this stunning creation is a chocolate designed to resemble a pink carnation, symbolizing gratitude. This cake is not only photogenic but is also a perfect way to express your appreciation to dear mothers.
Each bite of this jewel-like cake, adorned with silver foil and strawberries, is crafted to create a memorable experience for the special day.
