All Kids Bike Announces Price Increase and Program Enhancements

All Kids Bike has revealed a necessary adjustment in the pricing structure of its renowned Kindergarten PE Learn-to-Ride Program. Set to take effect on October 1, 2026, the program fee will rise from $9,000 to $10,000. This increase has been necessitated by a variety of factors, including a price hike from Strider Sports International and escalating fuel and transportation costs that have impacted the overall expenditure of the program.

In tandem with the price increase, All Kids Bike is excited to introduce enhancements to the program, particularly by incorporating new STEM lesson plans aimed at benefiting participating schools. These lesson plans will serve as an invaluable resource for educators, enabling students to establish a connection between physical activity and STEM concepts. This update aims to extend the educational impact of the program beyond physical education classes, integrating biking lessons with science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

To ensure a smooth transition, All Kids Bike has confirmed that any existing grants or purchase order agreements made at the earlier price of $9,000 will be honored. Furthermore, schools currently engaged in crowdfunding efforts for the program can still access the previous rate through December 31, 2026. However, all new program applications filed after October 1, 2026, will be subject to the revised price of $10,000.

Since its inception in 2018, the All Kids Bike Kindergarten PE Learn-to-Ride Program has aimed to offer every child in America the opportunity to learn how to ride a bike in a school setting. The comprehensive program includes not only instructor training and a complete curriculum involving eight lessons but also a fleet of 24 balance-to-pedal bikes, pedal conversion kits, adjustable helmets, and two rolling storage racks that ensure accessibility and support for teachers and students.

As of now, All Kids Bike operates in over 1,800 schools across all 50 states, facilitating the education of over 180,000 children annually, with more than 1 million kids having gone through the program during its decade-long run.
