This exquisite dessert, crafted by the hotel's talented pastry chefs, brilliantly showcases the juicy and aromatic Shine Muscat grapes, perfectly paired with the rich flavor of tea for a unique dining experience.

The Seasonal Parfait captures the spirit of autumn with its vibrant presentation. The combination of fresh Shine Muscat grapes, compote, and compote jelly brings a delightful mix of textures and tastes, making each spoonful a journey of flavors. Inside the glass, a playful crunch of crumble, a fragrant tea cream, and a light tea chiffon cake are artfully layered. Hidden beneath these layers lies a creamy cheese chantilly and apricot sauce, which adds a depth of flavor to the overall experience.

The perfect balance of the refreshing sweetness of Shine Muscat and the robust depth of the tea create a harmonious blend that evolves with every bite.
