Exciting New Collaboration: 'Rent-a-Girlfriend' Epos Card Launch

In an exciting development, Marui Group Inc., headquartered in Nakano, Tokyo, announces the launch of the 'Kanojo, Okarishimasu' Epos Card in collaboration with the popular manga series 'Rent-a-Girlfriend.' To celebrate this launch, a special pop-up shop will open, featuring exclusive merchandise at Shinjuku Marui Main Building and Namba Marui.

About the 'Rent-a-Girlfriend' Epos Card

Inspired by a scene in volume 40 of the manga where a character creates a credit card while on a date at Shinjuku Marui, the card features original illustrations drawn by the author, Reiji Miyajima. Each of the five leading heroines – Chizuru Mizuhara, Mami Nanami, Ruka Sarashina, Sumi Sakurasawa, and Mini Yaemori – can be seen collaborating with the Shinjuku location in this specially designed card, destined to delight fans. Additionally, customers who sign up for the card or switch to it will receive an exclusive mini-card set of six designs (with a dedicated display) as a gift when they spend a total of 20,000 yen or more within the first three months.

About 'Rent-a-Girlfriend'

'Kanojo, Okarishimasu' (often abbreviated as 'KanoKari') is a romantic comedy manga written by Reiji Miyajima, focusing on the concept of rental girlfriends. Since its debut in Kodansha's Weekly Shonen Magazine in 2017, it has gained immense popularity and has been adapted into a television anime, which has reached its fourth season, with a fifth season slated to air in 2026.

Announcing the Pop-Up Shop!

In celebration of the 'Rent-a-Girlfriend' Epos Card debut, the pop-up shop will be set up at Shinjuku Marui Main Building and Namba Marui, among others! This event will boast exclusive items featuring newly illustrated artworks by Miyajima, original manga covers, memorable scene panels, and more. Fans can look forward to exclusive perks for Epos cardholders, as well as displays of standee panels, engaging everyone who visits. Furthermore, merchandise available at the pop-up shop will also be sold on Marui's online store, 'Marui Web Channel.'
