Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Group Welcomes New Employees for 2026

Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Group Holds New Employee Ceremony for 2026

On April 1, 2026, Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan, along with its group companies — Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Vending, FV Japan, and Neoark — conducted a joint welcoming ceremony for 273 new hires. The event, held in Tokyo, was attended by executives from each participating company who warmly welcomed the newcomers.

During the ceremony, the new employees were given a chance to engage in direct conversations with the company executives while enjoying Coca-Cola beverages. As part of the initiation, they participated in a unique taste test, where they compared Coca-Cola with Coca-Cola Zero, as well as trying out various teas like Ayataka and Ayataka Chaba no Amami, enriching their understanding of Coca-Cola's product lines.

After this introductory event, the new hires will embark on a series of training programs, gearing up to take on roles across the company's operations in 47 prefectures throughout Japan. Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan is committed to fostering an inclusive environment by actively seeking diverse talent, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to thrive within the organization.

President's Message: A Vision for Happiness and Value Creation

In a video message delivered during the event, CEO Karin Dragan shared insights about the company’s mission to "deliver happy moments and create value for everyone." He emphasized the importance of employees connecting with various stakeholders — including customers, shareholders, and the community — through their products and services. This connection is pivotal to generating joyful experiences and elevating corporate value, as the company looks towards future transformations.

Dragan reiterated the significant role of the company's Mission, Vision, and Values (MVV), which serve as guiding principles in daily actions and the foundation of Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan's culture. He encouraged all employees to keep these values in focus as they strive toward the ambitious goals set in the company’s mid-term management plan, "Vision 2030." Practicing the four core values is deemed essential for success.

As Dragan concluded his speech, he expressed enthusiasm for the personal and professional growth that each new employee will experience. He encouraged them to contribute meaningfully to the team and the company, reinforcing the collective effort to move forward every day for themselves, the team, and the customers.

Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan continues to prioritize engagement and development among its employees, aiming to build a work environment where everyone can excel while delivering their mission of bringing joy and value to all.
