Starting August 26, 2025, FamilyMart will introduce three delectable Italian dishes, crafted in collaboration with the renowned restaurant La Bisboccia. These offerings include the "Ripe Tomato and Bacon Pasta," "Herb-Grilled Chicken and Tomato Pasta," and the refreshing "Nut and Fruit Cassata" (Italian Cheesecake).

La Bisboccia is celebrated for its authentic Italian dishes, characterized by simple yet dynamic flavors that transport diners straight to Italy. The restaurant, which has delighted customers since its opening in 1993 in Hiroo, Tokyo, combines exquisite ingredients with meticulous preparation, ensuring that each dish is memorable.

In 2022, FamilyMart launched its first collaboration with La Bisboccia, running a limited release of the "Tomato and Garlic Pasta" that gained instant popularity among customers. Now, the second installment is set to captivate Italian food lovers anew.
