The restaurant, situated 120 meters above Tokyo Station, now offers a chance to savor Omi rice and Omi duck, both celebrated for their exceptional quality and dedication to environmental sustainability. This initiative is part of a promotional campaign led by FOOD FIELD CREATIVE, aimed at bringing the rich culinary heritage of Shiga to the bustling heart of Tokyo.
A Taste of Shiga
Nestled around the expansive Biwa Lake, Shiga Prefecture is renowned for its pristine water sources and fertile soil, which foster a unique agricultural environment. The region is committed to growing high-quality crops and livestock while embracing sustainable farming practices. From January 16, 2026, guests at TENQOO will experience a special dinner course that features Omi duck, recognized for its tender meat and minimal odor, alongside Omi rice, referred to as "Kiramizuki," available for breakfast from February 1, 2026. These offerings allow diners to explore the flavors of Shiga, paired with an extraordinary view over Tokyo.

Starting from February 1, 2026, guests can indulge in the TENQOO Premium Breakfast, a buffet-style meal featuring a variety of both Japanese and Western cuisines. The standout ingredient, Omi rice "Kiramizuki," is renowned among food enthusiasts for its exquisite appearance, delicate sweetness, and plump texture. Cultivated under strict eco-friendly standards, this rice is produced without chemical fertilizers or synthetic pesticides, ensuring a safe and delicious dining experience.
Breakfast Buffet Details:
- - Price: ¥3,200 per person; ¥1,600 for children aged 4-12.
- - Hours: Breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. No reservations are taken, guests will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
