Enlyte Honors Eight Remarkable Winners at the 10th Annual Heart of Case Management Awards

Enlyte Celebrates Case Management Excellence

Enlyte, a leader in claims technology and management, recently announced the winners of the 10th Annual Heart of Case Management Awards. This year marks a milestone, with eight case managers celebrated, reflecting an unprecedented number of nominations from both customers and managers, emphasizing the vital impact these professionals have on the lives of injured employees.

This event coincided with National Case Management Week, running from October 12 to 18, highlighting the essential role that case managers play in the recovery and rehabilitation of workers injured on the job. Enlyte's awards are presented across four categories: catastrophic, field, telephonic case management, and the spotlight award for exceptional performance beyond standard duties. Notably, this year saw customer-driven nominations from major organizations such as FedEx, PMA, Sentry, and Starbucks, leading to the highest number of awardees honored in the program’s history.

“Opening nominations to customers significantly increased participation, and we were thrilled to see such an enthusiastic response,” stated Tim Howard, Senior Vice President of Field Case Management at Enlyte. “Every nominee showcased exceptional commitment and expertise, positively impacting the injured workers they serve.”

Winners are selected based on a range of criteria, including expertise, adaptability, critical thinking, and effective communication. The award winners are:

Field Case Management Winner: Carla Saunders, RN, BSN, CCM

Working with an elderly maintenance worker recovering from multifaceted health issues and a hip fracture, Carla Saunders provided essential support through gradual recovery.
