Niutech's comprehensive approach includes high-end equipment research and development, manufacturing, and investment in industrial project development, demonstrating its commitment to sustainability and efficiency. Notably, Niutech has effectively supported numerous clients in constructing large-scale projects, each processing around 10,000 tonnes of materials, across various countries, including Germany, the UK, South Korea, Denmark, and Brazil. Of importance, these projects comply with stringent environmental and technical standards prevalent in developed markets.

The urgency for recycling solutions has been amplified by recent regulatory changes, especially within the European Union. The introduction of stricter regulations, such as the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR), emphasizes the necessity for increased recycled material utilization. In response to this regulatory pressure, Niutech has developed a next-generation large-scale continuous intelligent pyrolysis line. This advanced line boasts significantly improved efficiencies, capacity, product quality, and cost management.

For instance, in the domain of waste tire processing, each unit is capable of handling over 100 tonnes per day, while simultaneously increasing the toluene transmittance of recovered carbon black above 80%. This advancement leads to the production of premium commercial-grade carbon black, serving as an essential feedstock in tire manufacturing, hence closing the loop on high-value waste to resource pathways. Furthermore, regarding waste plastics—ranging from municipal solid waste plastics to ocean plastics and textiles—the new system efficiently processes over 100 tonnes in a single step, avoiding the need for additional washing, sorting, or other labor-intensive pre-treatments.

The outcomes of this system yield stable pyrolysis products such as oils and solid fuels, with unused gases being recycled back into the process to reduce overall energy consumption. Additionally, the pyrolysis oil generated can be refined into chemical feedstock, further bridging the gap from waste plastics to new plastic products.

Niutech's influence extends across global markets, exemplified by its majority-owned subsidiary, Hesheng Environmental Protection. Launched in 2013, Hesheng is notable for being the inaugural continuous tire recycling project in China. It stands out in the sector by being the first to achieve the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC) and boasts a decade of stable operation. The company recently expanded its operations with a Phase II project, demonstrating its growth by increasing its capacity to an impressive 160,000 tonnes per year.

Moreover, Niutech's commitment to innovation and efficiency has drawn significant investments, including a recent order from a UK client worth RMB 198 million. This decision reinforces the credibility and technological prowess of Niutech’s systems and their competitiveness on a global scale.
