HSG Laser Unveils Innovative Machinery at EuroBLECH 2026 to Boost Productivity

HSG Laser Introduces New Flagship Machine at EuroBLECH 2026

HSG Laser showcased its latest breakthroughs in laser cutting technology and intelligent manufacturing at EuroBLECH 2026, which took place from October 20 to 23 at the Hannover Exhibition Center. Under the theme "Optimizing Productivity with HSG," the company highlighted its newest innovations at booth 15-F42, including the European debut of its flagship product, the GV machine, the launch of GFA PRO, and the AI CutPilot, alongside the first presentations in Europe of the high-speed laser cutting solutions, G3015T and R2 PRO.

Innovations Designed for European Manufacturers

The GFA PRO is engineered specifically for large-format sheet metal processing, addressing challenges faced by manufacturers such as significant space requirements, slow processing speeds, inconsistent performance on thick plates, and high operational costs. The G3015T and R2 PRO further expand HSG's offerings in high-speed laser cutting machines for both sheet materials and tubes, allowing manufacturers to improve throughput, flexibility, and production efficiency.

Shawn Wang, Vice President of HSG Laser, stated, "HSG Laser has consistently increased its presence in Europe, with over 2,000 units shipped and the opening of a new showroom this year. Our recent launches at EuroBLECH mark a significant milestone, merging high-performance equipment with intelligent technologies and localized support to enhance productivity for European clients."

Recognition for Technological Excellence

HSG Laser's systems, the GV and AI CutPilot, which are purpose-built for the European market, received commendations through the “International Spotlight” award bestowed by the editor of MM MaschinenMarkt Germany. The GV series consolidates multiple functions including cutting, beveling, milling, and chamfering into a single machine to streamline pre-weld workflows and enhance efficiency. Meanwhile, AI CutPilot represents HSG’s first in-house developed AI system, transforming expertise in laser cutting into a reusable, scalable machining feature that minimizes trial runs and improves yield on the first pass. This accolade further reinforces HSG Laser's technological prowess and expanding influence in the European market.

Strengthening Local Operations in Europe

As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting manufacturers globally, HSG Laser is significantly bolstering its local operations in Europe. On November 10, the company will inaugurate a new showroom in Düsseldorf, Germany, themed "Conquering the World and Creating Local Connections." This facility aims to facilitate easier demonstrations of HSG's latest machines and technologies to European clients, enhancing knowledge sharing and direct support.

The establishment of the Düsseldorf showroom will further entrench HSG’s presence in Europe and enhance its capacity to provide responsive, customer-centric solutions tailored to local production needs.
