Healing Isn't Just About Getting Better
Healing transcends mere physical recovery; it embodies the quest to be acknowledged, supported, and afforded some serenity. This summer, the heart of Frederick, Maryland, will transform into a refuge for veterans and their spouses through the inaugural
REDEFINE Program. Conceived by veteran and trauma therapist Dr. Arielle Jordan of
Mindset Quality, this six-week program is an in-person group experience designed with care and empathy for those who carry the emotional burdens tied to military service, either through direct engagement or by standing by a service member.
In this world where healing journeys are uniquely personal, the REDEFINE program respects that individual path, encouraging both veterans and their spouses to take strides in their recovery together, guided by professional support and a cohesive community.
Who Is This Program For?
The REDEFINE Program is thoughtfully crafted for:
- - Veterans who are ready to delve into and process the heavier aspects of their experiences.
- - Spouses, who often take on the emotional load for others, are finally allowed to prioritize their own well-being.
- - Community members who wholeheartedly believe that healing should be accessible to all, not just those privileged to afford it.

REDEFINE is the supportive environment I wished I had—now, I am proud to create a similar space for others.”
