Starting April 24, 2026, the renowned Taiwanese café, Chun Shui Tang, will introduce a limited-time Cookie and Cream Afternoon Tea. This exciting new offering allows guests to indulge in a curated selection of Taiwanese small plates and enticing sweets, ideal for both casual gatherings and special occasions.

What Awaits You

For only 3,850 JPY (including tax), each guest can enjoy a generous set featuring a variety of dishes served in elegant bamboo steamers. The menu includes unique items like the Afternoon Tea exclusive "Taiwanese Castella Cookie and Cream," alongside favorites such as "Mini Tofu Pudding," "Mini Glutinous Rice Balls," and "Pineapple Cake." This assortment highlights five popular Taiwanese sweets, all elegantly presented on the top tier of the bamboo steamer, maximizing your tasting experience.

On the bottom tier, guests can anticipate a fascinating array of savory delights: "Mini Gua Bao" (pork belly buns), "Sesame Sauce Dumplings," and "Plump Shrimp Dumplings." Each dish is carefully crafted to ensure authenticity, maintaining the essence of traditional Taiwanese cuisine while providing modern twists. To round off the afternoon tea experience, guests will also savor a special Glass Parfait that combines Taiwanese castella, tapioca, vanilla ice cream, and crunchy cookie toppings. You can enjoy the parfait on its own, or pour a type of Oolong tea, Tie Guan Yin, over it for a stunning affogato-like treat.
