Midea Showcases Comprehensive Heating Solutions at Chillventa 2026

Midea Highlights Innovative Heating Solutions at Chillventa 2026

From October 13 to 15, 2026, Midea proudly showcased a range of pioneering heating and energy solutions at the prestigious Chillventa exhibition. Known for its commitment to innovation, Midea presented its latest advancements, focusing on indoor heat pumps specifically designed for cold climates, smart home systems, and energy management technologies aimed at enhancing residential comfort.

One of the standout products featured was the H-Pack, an innovative indoor heat pump developed by Midea's European R&D team. This all-in-one solution addresses the common installation challenges faced in Europe, eliminating the need for external units. By doing so, it mitigates issues related to noise, space limitations, and adherence to building codes. The modular design of the H-Pack simplifies the installation and maintenance process, while remote diagnostics significantly cut down on required service visits. Notably, it can operate in both electric and hybrid modes, ensuring flexibility for various user needs.

Midea also showcased the VitaBreeze air conditioning system, highlighted by a live demonstration of its AirGrid technology. This feature allows users to visualize airflow through their smartphones, directing it precisely where needed. Additional functionalities include wide-angle air distribution, smart presence detection, an advanced Breezeless Pro technology that increases airflow outlet area by 30%, and the ClimaBalance humidity adjustment system. The system employs a predictive algorithm known as ECOMASTER 2.0 to optimize energy consumption, making it a smart choice for eco-conscious consumers.

In the premium split air conditioner segment, the Raynor model integrates A+++ energy efficiency ratings with award-winning design, recognized by both the iF Design Award and German Design Award. Designed specifically for the Nordic climate, the Raynor Pro guarantees 100% heating performance at -25°C, operational even in conditions as frigid as -40°C.

Another notable offering was the PortaSplit, which was presented under real-world installation conditions in European windows. This unit combines versatility, high performance, and quiet operation, with a simplified installation process that can significantly reduce installation costs. Starting in 2027, PortaSplit will also transition to utilizing the eco-friendly refrigerant R290.

Midea's commitment to sustainable energy management is further exemplified in the MHELIOS system, which provides comprehensive energy management for households. It optimizes both energy storage and consumption based on dynamic electricity prices, thereby reducing household energy costs and enhancing grid efficiency. Furthermore, it enables integrated management of electric vehicle chargers, heat pumps, and solar energy systems.

Under the guiding principle of “Green Vision, Blue Future”, Midea remains dedicated to developing innovative HVAC and energy solutions that promote a more efficient, comfortable, and sustainable lifestyle across Europe. As evidenced by a case study conducted in Germany, homes utilizing Midea solutions can save approximately €1866 annually on energy costs while consuming 10,800 kWh of electricity.

The Chillventa exhibition served as an excellent platform for Midea to reinforce its position as a global leader in heating and energy solutions, continually striving to create products that meet modern demands for efficiency and environmental responsibility.
