GAC Opens European Spare Parts Distribution Center

On September 5, 2025, GAC officially inaugurated its European Spare Parts Distribution Center in Rotterdam, Netherlands. This center will serve as a vital node within GAC's logistics network across Europe. The operation adheres to GAC’s strategic principle of “In Europe, for Europe, integrated in Europe, serving Europe, contributing to Europe.”

The launch marks a significant milestone in the company's efforts to enhance its customer service system in the region. It also signals a new phase in the globalization of Chinese automotive brands, accelerating their localization strategies in overseas markets. With this center, GAC aims to improve service delivery and operational efficiency by creating a streamlined supply chain for automotive parts.

Wei Haigang, President of GAC INTERNATIONAL, highlighted the company's commitment to building a robust service network overseas. He emphasized that GAC aims to advance one of its “Three Key Initiatives”—to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The inauguration event was attended by various dignitaries, where the ceremonial ribbon was cut, and a plaque was unveiled. The first truck, fully loaded with auto parts, rolled out of the warehouse, symbolizing GAC's commitment to offering efficient services and enhancing the event's celebratory atmosphere.

The European Spare Parts Distribution Center is designed to cover the entire European mainland. It will implement a transparent inventory management system, quick distribution mechanisms, and a visual logistics dashboard. These advancements will allow dealers to procure necessary parts more swiftly, while also minimizing pressure on inventory, thereby providing customers with a more efficient and reliable service.

In the future, GAC plans to further optimize its European supply chain and service systems. The company is focused on increasing brand recognition and customer trust while paving a new chapter for Chinese brands in the European automotive sector. This move is expected to facilitate deeper integration between the Chinese and European automotive industries.

This center not only enhances GAC's operational capabilities but also reflects its commitment to meeting the needs of local markets and expanding its footprint in the competitive European automotive landscape. With the establishment of the GAC European Spare Parts Distribution Center, the company looks forward to better serving its customers and contributing to the automotive sector's growth in Europe.

As GAC continues to expand its presence in Europe, this initiative signifies an essential step toward enhancing local customer service and strengthening its global brand identity.
