Suits Inc. Launches Third Local Support Campaign in Chiba for SMEs

Suits Inc. Launches the Third Phase of Local Support Campaign in Chiba

Suits Inc., based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, has announced the launch of the third phase of its "Suit Up 2026 Local Support Campaign," aiming to provide significant support to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups in Chiba Prefecture. This initiative targets businesses with fewer than 100 employees and includes a special discount on their project management tool, Suit Up.

Campaign Overview

From January 20 to January 30, 2026, eligible SMEs can apply for a discount by submitting an inquiry through Suit Up’s contact form. Following the application, businesses that opt for any of the paid plans will be able to enjoy a 20% discount until March 2026. To participate, applicants need to mention "Suit Up 2026 Local Support Campaign" in the inquiry content.

According to internal simulations conducted by Suits Inc., a company of 30 employees could incur a staggering cost of approximately 1.19 million yen due to daily task progress checks between managers and subordinates, assuming these checks occur twice a day for eight minutes each. This daunting cost burden can be significantly reduced by implementing a system that enhances task visibility within teams.

Research by Nulab, conducted from October 6 to 10, 2023, highlighted the current state of task management among companies with fewer than 1,000 employees. Surprisingly, only 11.7% of respondents utilized dedicated task management tools while 31.2%, 30.6%, and 14.3% relied on email, handwritten notes, and business chat, respectively.

This scenario has led Suits Inc. to conclude that introducing an effective task management system is the first step in increasing productivity among SMEs. Consequently, the Suit Up 2026 Local Support Campaign was initiated to facilitate this transition.

Suit Up Service Overview

"Suit Up" is an AI-driven project and task management tool designed for teams to manage tasks easily on a daily basis. With a user interface similar to spreadsheet software, it enables teams to visualize their operations effectively and prevent task oversights and deadline delays. By integrating AI, Suit Up aims to improve operational efficiency and significantly reduce costs associated with project management.

The beta version of Suit Up has been available since April 2024, offering core functionalities for task organization, communication, and analysis. Additionally, the tool includes unique features such as task templates, deadline notifications, and standardized tasks that are not typically available in traditional spreadsheet programs.

Pricing for the service is competitive, with the Standard Plan available at 1,080 yen per user per month (excluding tax). For smaller organizations with up to 10 users, the Starter Plan is offered at a reduced rate of 500 yen per user per month, taking into consideration the budgetary constraints of smaller businesses. Notably, there is an introductory offer until March 31, 2026, when the initial setup cost will be waived.
