Exciting Summer Lottery Campaign for Educators in Tokyo's Career Development Training

A Special Summer Lottery for Educators in Tokyo

As part of their ongoing commitment to support educators, Kizunayukai, a social welfare corporation, has introduced an exciting campaign titled the “Summer Lottery” for participants of their Childcare Career Development Training commencing in August 2026. This initiative allows educators to engage in a fun lottery while enhancing their professional skills.

Campaign Details

The Summer Lottery Campaign is designed for individuals attending the initial day of the face-to-face training session scheduled for August 2026. Here’s how it works:
1. Eligibility: Participants of the group training starting in August.
2. How to Participate: Attendees can scan a QR code provided at the training venue, follow Kizunayukai on LINE, and click on the lottery button to instantly check their results.
3. Prizes: Lucky draw winners will receive a 500 yen QUO card, while all participants are guaranteed a consolation prize of snacks, making it a delightful experience for everyone involved.
4. One Entry Per Person: Each participant is allowed only one entry during the campaign period, ensuring fair chances for all.
5. Prize Distribution: Prizes will be handed out on the training day, ensuring instant satisfaction for all participants.

Noteworthy, participants who are already friends with Kizunayukai on LINE are also eligible to join the lottery once. However, training sessions where the first day occurs in July are excluded from this campaign, specifically targeting only those commencing in August.

Three-Step Participation Guide

Joining the campaign is a simple, three-step process:
1. Register and Attend: Sign up for the August training and attend on the scheduled day.
2. Add Kizunayukai on LINE: On the day of training, staff will assist participants by providing the QR code for LINE registration.
3. Click the Lottery Button: Following the instructions will let participants discover their lottery results instantly, adding excitement to the training experience.

Additional Rewards and Fun Activities

The fun doesn’t stop with the Summer Lottery; there’s more! Besides the lottery, participants registering for the first time on Kizunayukai's official LINE can claim a touch panel-compatible ballpoint pen and tea. Furthermore, those who follow Kizunayukai’s various social media accounts will receive ice cream as an extra treat. These initiatives aim to create a lively and engaging atmosphere, encouraging networking and collaboration among educators.

Hands-On Training for Immediate Application

Kizunayukai is dedicated to delivering training that enhances immediate application in the childcare environment. Unlike traditional lectures, the training emphasizes practical case studies, group work, and real-world scenarios. Participants have expressed positive feedback, stating they found the content extremely applicable to their daily work, prompting reflection on their practices and facilitating valuable discussions with peers.

E-Learning Option

For those balancing busy schedules, Kizunayukai also offers a flexible e-learning training—a blend of 12 hours of video content and 3 hours of live Zoom sessions. This option allows educators to learn at their own pace, making it convenient for those managing work and family commitments.

Target Participants

This initiative targets childcare professionals working at facilities within Tokyo. The training sessions are free of charge for eligible individuals, while others can participate for a fee of 14,000 yen. Course materials will be provided in PDF format at no additional cost.

How to Apply

Interested individuals can apply through the Kizunayukai website. Previous attendees can continue using their existing account, making it easier and seamless for returning participants to engage again.

Commitment to Professional Development

Kizunayukai has a robust commitment to continuous professional development for educators, conducting over 100 training sessions yearly. These sessions prioritize practical applications relevant to the childcare field, providing valued resources to improve both individual skills and program quality.
