On August 11, Dandelion Chocolate Japan will release its innovative craft beer, 'Re:Mountain', which uniquely combines juniper branches and cacao husks. This special brew will be available in limited quantities at their Factory & Cafe in Kuramae and through their official online store. The creation of 'Re:Mountain' stems from a collaboration with STABLES and the Japanese Botanical Research Institute, both focused on utilizing local flora, as well as with REVO BREWING, a brewery based in Yokohama.
