• - Bubble Gate Construction: We crafted the main photo spot, ensuring it stands out as a symbol of the event.
• - Neon Signs and Truss Decoration: We designed the overall aesthetic of the venue with acrylic neon signs and truss decorations.
• - Lighting Installation: We set up decorative lighting like string lights and net lights, establishing an intricate power plan.
• - Selection and Procurement: Various decoration items such as floats, tablecloths, and cushions were carefully chosen and arranged to enhance the ambiance.

On-Site Operations

• - Operational Setup: We structured the operational system for the approximately two-month event duration, planning logistics from set-up to tear-down.
• - Daily Routines: The team ensured that floats and LED balls were installed and cleaned daily, maintaining consistent quality throughout the event.
