September 3 is Gummy Day: Experience the Tsubu Gummy Festival in Harakado!

Kasugai Seika Co., Ltd., based in Nagoya, Aichi, is thrilled to announce the Tsubu Gummy Festival in Harakado, which will take place from August 30 (Saturday) to September 3 (Wednesday), 2025, at Tokyu Plaza Harajuku. Admission is free, but prior online reservation is required.

The theme of the festival is "Cultural Festival," resulting from a collaborative project called "Tsubu Gummy University," where university students studying marketing partnered with the popular gummy brand. After three months of lectures and group work, the students have created their own event concepts to showcase their ideas and skills.

What to Expect at the Tsubu Gummy Festival
Visitors will have the chance to engage in various hands-on activities over the five-day event. Not only will participants be able to create their own personalized gummy mixes in the fun and interactive segment “Let’s Make My Tsubu Gummy!” but there will also be exciting challenge initiatives to explore.

On September 2 at 19:00, the festival will feature an exclusive online event titled Tsubu Gummy Fashion & Talk Show. Guests will include a renowned sweets influencer, Richi, colorful drag queen performer Lyra-h.Grail, the university student planning team, and fashion designer Natsuko Shiokawa, who crafted the costumes for the show. The host will be Keisuke Musha, Honorary Chairman of the Japan Gummy Association, setting the stage for a unique blend of brand storytelling and generational creativity.

As an added treat, during the festival, Big Echo’s Shiny Yurakucho Store will offer a limited-edition drink inspired by the Tsubu Gummy brand, providing an exciting visual and taste experience.
