August Winners of the 'SkyPerfect! Walk-Off Award'

On September 15th, the champions of the August edition of the 'SkyPerfect! Walk-Off Award' were revealed, honoring the standout players in Japan's professional baseball for their clutch performances. The award, which has been sponsored by SkyPerfect! since its inception in 2012, recognizes one player from both the Central and Pacific Leagues who has delivered the most impressive walk-off hit during the month. Each recipient is presented with a trophy and a prize of 300,000 yen.

This month, Yusuke Ohyama of the Hanshin Tigers was recognized in the Central League, while Koki Yamaguchi of the Chiba Lotte Marines took the honor in the Pacific League. The award ceremony took place at their respective ballparks amidst much celebration.
